Summary of Qualifications
Mr. Reggentine has over 50 years of experience in land surveying, land planning, engineering design for residential and commercial projects throughout Western New York. He has an extensive experience in engineering design, feasibility studies, project management, constriction management, and land development.
Mr. Reggentine formed Construction Team Management in 1984 as President and completed a number of subdivision designs including Spaulding Lake, considered to be one of the premier areas in Western New York. He also formed a professional corporation, Landesign Surveyors & Engineers P.C. with his daughter Regina M. Britton in 2005.Since his partial retirement he has formed a joint venture with Kheops Architecture,Engineering, and Survey DPC a minority owned business and disadvantaged business enterprise in 2017.
Mr. Reggentine was one of the the local pioneers for the development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in Western New York having completed the first for a Town Assessors Office in the State of New York. The system in the town of Clarence set the precedent for the development GIS systems locally.
